Renmak , an expanding name in the truck rental industry and a proud member of the  Revive Group , is seeking a passionate and   customer-focused  Rental Operations Assistant Manager  to join our growing team in Coalville, Leicestershire.

In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our truck rental operations whilst upholding exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day rental tasks, ensuring efficient operations and timely processing of all truck rental requests.
  • Managing enquiries, applications, and rental agreements for our trucks, maintaining accurate records for each rental.
  • Conducting Rental Fleet viewings and audits of condition.
  • Guiding new customers through the truck pick-up and return process.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly by liaising with the Fleet Manager and maintenance teams and ensuring the trucks are in top condition.
  • Contributing to maintaining a positive company image and upholding Renmak's reputation for excellent customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with:

  • A valid full UK driving licence.
  • Mechanical knowledge of HGV or Plant vehicles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • A willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • A knowledge of the water authority / sewerage industry or the rental market is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
