**About The Role**:
As Paintless Dent Removal Trainee your role will be top assist the PDR technicians in identifying and assessing the extent of damage on vehicles, including locating dents, evaluating their severity, and determining the appropriate repair techniques.

Key responsibilities:

- Support in the preparation and setup of tools, equipment, and materials required for the PDR process.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment to ensure the well-being of yourself and others.
- Assist in monitoring progress and quality of work to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, solve problems, and continuously improve techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, including before and after images, and ensure proper inventory management of tools and materials.

As a PDR Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training provided by experienced Technicians to familiarise yourself with the tools, techniques, and industry standards of PDR.

This may include both theoretical and practical training, aimed at building your proficiency in dent identification, assessment, and repair techniques. Upon successful completion of the training period, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to perform PDR independently.

Offsite training will be required.
- Whilst our Coalville site is undergoing refurbishment, your role will be based at Wymeswold Airfield, Prestwold Lane LE12 5SH._
**About You**:
No prior experience in interior repair is required; we are seeking individuals looking to start their career with a genuine interest in learning and a strong work ethic.
- Passion for automotive restoration and a genuine interest in PDR techniques.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle anatomy.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, as PDR work requires precise movements and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different repair scenarios.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- A valid UK driving license is preferred but not mandatory._
