Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Warminster who are actively looking to recruit a Flexographic Printer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Set up and operate flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials on corrugated packaging.
Monitor the printing process to ensure consistent print quality and make adjustments as necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process.Relevant manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry with relevant experience of flexographic printing.
Understanding of various product ranges within the packaging industry and quality control processes and requirements within the production schedule.
Computer literacy, able to use MRP's, (Material Resource Plan), such as ABACA PKG 3000.Shift work with 2 alternate rotational shifts (Early: 5:45 to 14:00 ) - (Late 13:45 to 22:00)Shifts rotate on a week of Early and a week of lates.

29 days holidays including Bank Holidays, increasing after two years, at one day for the next 3 years, to a total of 32 days.
