**Responsibilities**
- Support with the daily production schedule, operating our state-of-the-art machinery with finesse and flair, including a Flexographic printer, BOBST flat die cut, and multipoint gluing machines.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machinery and equipment to keep our equipment in top-notch condition for peak performance.
- Keeping a vigilant eye on quality control, ensuring our quality standards are met throughout the entire production process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Upholding our commitment to safety standards you must follow all our safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

The roles are Monday to Friday on alternating shift pattern of Early Shift (5:45 - 14:00) and Late Shift (13:45 - 22:00).

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
