Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with new MedTech companies across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your efforts will aid these companies in navigating the complexities of regulatory approval with greater ease.

Lead Generation: Initiate and cultivate leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions, converting leads into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team to enhance strategic approaches and optimize sales techniques.
Sales Funnel Optimisation: Continuously improve the sales conversion funnel to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline meticulously and utilize CRM tools to streamline sales activities and maximize productivity.
Customer-Centric Sales Experience: Deliver a comprehensive, customer-first sales experience from initial contact through to close.

Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, telesales, and lead generation.
Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German and business-level proficiency in English are required.
