Perigon Associates is a dynamic and growing recruitment firm specialising in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, and Commercial sectors throughout the UK & Europe. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering top-tier talent to our clients, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially gifted Director of Business Development to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Director of Business Development. The role offers significant long-term rewards, including profit share and equity, alongside an initial commission-based structure.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, and Commercial sectors.
Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client acquisition.
Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team as the business grows.
Profit Share and Equity: Long-term financial rewards, including profit share and equity options.
Utilize our state-of-the-art CRM and AI tools to enhance your recruitment efforts.

Compensation Package
Commission: Generous commission on all new business and successful placements.
Profit Share: End-of-year profit share based on the company's net profits.
Commission: Adjusted commission rate to support reinvestment in the business and team development.
A competitive base salary introduced after the first 12 months.
Equity: Equity stake in the company at the end of the second year, contingent on achieving agreed performance milestones.

Proven track record in business development, ideally within the recruitment industry.
Experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, and Commercial sectors is highly desirable but other sectors will be considered.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
Strong network and ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
