Position Overview This is an exciting new position, promoting the services of EXO Travel Group to luxury travel advisors in the UK, Scandinavia and Benelux. Key to the role is strengthening relationships with existing partners, and building new partnerships across EXO’s main travel agent networks (including Virtuoso, Serandipians, and other prestigious travel networks). The role will also require supporting a select group of key tour operator partners in Northern Europe as a key account manager. 

The role will involve working closely with advisors to support them to sell our destinations, improve cooperation between advisors and EXO teams, and grow sales in line with a strategic business plan. You will also be required to coordinate and support sales and marketing activities within the territory from time to time. 

The ideal candidate may well come from the supplier side (hotel, cruise or DMC) and have strong relationships with luxury travel advisors and tour operators. Alternatively, they may currently be a travel advisor or country specialist in tailormade travel, with strong knowledge of our destinations and a passion for travel in Asia. 

Location for this fully remote role is flexible, if UK based then travel Europe 2-4 times a year for short sales trips would be the minimum expectation. Travel in Asia (perhaps leading familiarization trips or time in destination offices) would mostly likely be once or twice annually. 

Graduate/ Postgraduate
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Travel
Fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch or another European language a bonus
Experience in using some type of Travel software and Database

Understanding of market trends & comprehensive travel industry knowledge
