Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global CEO to lead our consumer healthcare company into its next phase of growth and expansion. Based in London, the Global CEO will oversee operations across Europe, North America, South America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy to drive business growth and market expansion, with a focus on Europe, North America, South America, Asia and the Middle East.

Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Drive product innovation and portfolio optimization to meet evolving consumer needs and market trends, ensuring a competitive edge in the consumer healthcare industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and regulatory authorities, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.

Drive operational excellence and efficiency across all functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance, to optimize performance and profitability.

Lead strategic initiatives to expand market share, enter new markets, and pursue strategic partnerships and acquisitions to accelerate growth and diversify revenue streams.

Champion a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical business practices, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to identify opportunities and risks, guiding strategic decision-making and course corrections as needed.

Represent the company externally as a thought leader and advocate for consumer healthcare, participating in industry events, conferences, and media engagements to raise awareness and promote the company's brand and values.

Report regularly to the Board of Directors on company performance, strategic initiatives, market trends, and key challenges, providing transparent and insightful updates to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within the consumer healthcare industry, with extensive experience leading global organizations and driving business growth and profitability.

Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop and execute a clear vision and roadmap for success in a dynamic and competitive market environment.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively represent the company externally.

Deep understanding of consumer healthcare trends, market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changes and disruptions effectively.

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, product development, and commercialization, with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving sustainable growth.

Proven track record of building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to maximize shareholder value.

Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance, with a track record of promoting a culture of accountability and responsible business practices.

Willingness to travel frequently to visit regional offices, customers, partners, and key stakeholders as needed.
