Role This is great opportunity to join the Customer Success Management team. The primarily responsibility will be the retention and growth for a defined set of accounts. Also ensuring the protection of existing revenue while delivering on SLA’s. In addition, the Customer Success Manager will be expected to develop multiple strategic relationships within the customer base. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with Sales, Solution Delivery teams etc, to achieve the company’s objectives and goals for each account. As Customer Success Manager through delivering an exceptional customer experience you will provide customers with a range of powerful solutions that will deliver high-impact business value Responsibilities

  • Creating and developing strong and sustainable relationships with relevant influencers at all levels within the customers’ organisations to achieve Revenue growth.
  • "Owning" the customer relationship and taking accountability for the execution of the value proposition to the customer.
  • Forecasting and reporting effectively on all pipeline activity
  • Ensure Renewals are completed on time and in line with process.
  • Achieve revenue upsell targets.
  • Provide consultative advice to customers on how to obtain the best return on their investment.
  • Carry out monthly and quarterly business reviews as required.
  • Creation and maintenance of Accounts Plans that strategically develops the account.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years account management experience managing global accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident working within a technical environment
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against challenging schedules
  • Enjoys creation and delivering compelling presentation in the digital marketing space
  • Experience of maintaining a pipeline
  • Ability to nurture relationships and know how to identify and build greater stakeholder relationships
  • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Good understanding of operational processes
  • Commercially aware
  • Good collaborator and used to working across different operational departments.
  • Some experience in managing and coaching team members would be an added plus
  • A second language would be an added plus but only desirable and not essential
