Our client a London based construction company are currently in the market for an experienced HR Manger. From strategic planning to hands-on administration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace culture and people experience. Support and coach managers in all things people management, performance management and guidance.
Organise training initiatives and workshops, internal and external
Partners with the Head of Talent to develop and evaluate training programs for professional staff
Oversee annual performance appraisal process
Oversee programs, policies, procedures, and controls regarding employment activities
Previous HR Management experience, preferably in construction or a professional services environment
Knowledge of software programs (e.g., PeopleHR, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A passion for HR and workplace culture.
