This means that before a customer takes the first step towards buying one of our products, they can understand what to expect from our high level of service, and our employees understand what is expected of them to facilitate this.
Warehouse Manager The Role
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience of managing a warehouse and team, who understands the importance of day-to-day accuracy and efficiency, as well as understanding longer term strategy and goals setting.
Have excellent health and safety knowledge within a warehouse environment.
• Have the ability to explore / investigate queries and issues and work collaboratively to reach solutions, building strong working relationships with colleagues.
• Have experience of managing a team, driving employee engagement through structured communication, feedback, training, and performance review.
• Develop and present insightful data that can help drive decision making to the benefit of the warehouse function and business, working with other managers where necessary.
• A valid driving licence is required.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods and updating inventory records accordingly.
• Add items to the stock list as they arrive / are confirmed by the head office team to go on the list, ensuring all product information added is correct. Proactively manage the company fleet, ensuring all vehicles are regularly serviced and receive an MOT.
• Warehouse Manager You will have
A Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience in a majority driving role.
• Experience in assembling furniture and dealing with any trouble shooting issues as they arise.
A monthly non-contractual bonus is also available, meaning earning potential of up to GBP45,600 per annum.
00pm Monday to Friday. 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, rising by one day per year up to 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
Salary Sacrifice Company Pension Scheme, with life assurance.
