About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to join our team at National Distribution Centre, Eurocentral. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring depot stock and availability targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the in-house inventory within the warehouse, ensuring depot stock and availability targets are met.
  • Supervise ABC cycle counts, monitor and report on the corrections/fixes of day-to-day operational problems of inventory control.
  • Oversee a team of operators and Inventory controller, ensuring stock availability targets are met, and outbound delivery timescales are realised.
  • Monitor picking accuracy of warehouse operators, ensure training targets are met, ensuring compliance with NHSS Logistics health, safety and security procedures and adhere to risk assessments and the development of safe systems of work.
Requirements

An ability to develop and learn new skills, follow instructions and procedures while working both as part of a team and on own initiative within a fast-moving environment are essential.

Working Pattern

This post will be based at National Distribution Centre, Eurocentral, Coddington Crescent, Holytown, ML1 4YF. The work pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will work dayshift 08:00-16:00 hours.
