Role Overview:
Seeking a skilled Head of Payroll to lead thepayroll team with confidence and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing payroll operations and client portfolios effectively. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who can drive strategy, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the payroll team.
- Oversee multi-cycle payrolls to maintain accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and client success.
- Manage P&L accounts with a focus on year-on-year margin improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of payroll professionals in their growth and development.
