As the HR Administrator, you will be required to work as part of our HR Helpdesk team, based within our Central Support Office in Darlington with the opportunity for home working, to support our wider HR function and a range of customers across the business dealing with a wide range of HR related queries.
Assist the HR Helpdesk Team Leaders in providing a comprehensive generalist HR service to the business.
• To act as a first point of contact for all customers to the HR team, providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, dealing promptly and effectively with their HR enquiries via telephone, email or in person.
• Liaising with a number of other departments such as payroll, people insight and procurement to share information and provide the best results for our customers.
• Working alongside the HR Helpdesk Team Leaders to process a range of HR related documents; Maintain confidentiality in all matters, adhering to Data Protection legislation at all times.
•
