About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise the delivery of excellent nursing care to patients with mental health and learning disabilities
- Develop and implement well-structured care plans that meet the individual needs of patients
- Conduct risk assessments and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in care delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse. You will also require a strong understanding of clinical practices, CQC requirements, and frameworks. Your proactive approach, combined with your ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team, will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
