Job Opportunity: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Staff Partners Mental Health. As a RMN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Assess and meet the medical and welfare needs of service users
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health care
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
