Equipment Support Specialist High Wycombe – HP11 2EE Hybrid working - 3 days office based IPC International, the procurement and supply chain partner supporting Subway Franchisees has an excellent opportunity for an Equipment Support Specialist to join our Equipment and Services team. The role Our mission 'to help Subway Franchisees be more profitable and competitive today and for the future', drives everything we do, and this role of Equipment Support Specialist plays a fundamental role in achieving our mission. The Equipment Support Specialist is a first-tier escalation point for Franchisees regarding the performance of their in-store equipment across the UK region. You will be working with our supplier stakeholders to resolve equipment servicing issues to a high standard ensuring our Franchisees in the UK&I markets are enabled for operational success in the field of equipment. Accountable for Supplier relationship management - ensuring adherence to SLAs and continuous service improvement Managing and resolving Franchisee escalations - maintaining clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders Analysing reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights on supplier and equipment performance Developing reports for publication to key stakeholders Managing proactive communications to guide Franchisees throughout the equipment lifecycle Identifying and implementing process and service improvements based on feedback, supplier performance data and business needs Supporting the business in the implementation of new processes and systems What is important to us Our culture and values are at the heart of everything we do and are an important part of our hiring process.
