Equipment Support Specialist
Hybrid working - 3 days office based
IPC International, the procurement and supply chain partner supporting Subway Franchisees has an excellent opportunity for an Equipment Support Specialist to join our Equipment and Services team.
Our mission 'to help Subway Franchisees be more profitable and competitive today and for the future', drives everything we do, and this role of Equipment Support Specialist plays a fundamental role in achieving our mission.
The Equipment Support Specialist is a first-tier escalation point for Franchisees regarding the performance of their in-store equipment across the UK region. You will be working with our supplier stakeholders to resolve equipment servicing issues to a high standard ensuring our Franchisees in the UK&I markets are enabled for operational success in the field of equipment.
Supplier relationship management - ensuring adherence to SLAs and continuous service improvement
Analysing reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights on supplier and equipment performance
Identifying and implementing process and service improvements based on feedback, supplier performance data and business needs
Supporting the business in the implementation of new processes and systems
Provide support, understanding and empathy if we slip down the ladder
