Senior) Director HEOR & Market Access Remote Position | Full-Time

In this senior leadership role, you will collaborate with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, offering expert guidance on submissions to major regulatory bodies, including NICE, SMC, NCPE, HAS, and G-BA.
Lead project teams and provide strategic advice to clients within the pharma and biotech sectors.
Drive scientific sales efforts with both new and existing clients.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Independently manage projects, addressing issues, managing scope, and implementing contingency plans.
Contribute to best practices, employee management, and training initiatives.
Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a medical- or mathematics-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in health research, health economics, or a related field, ideally within a consulting environment.
Demonstrated abilities in strategic thinking, analysis, and problem-solving.
Proven leadership experience with skills in team-building and mentoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; additional experience with programming software (e.g., VBA) or statistical packages is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
