Job Title: Senior Category Marketing Manager
Location: North Based , UK - 2/3 days in office
Package Details: up to £50,000 base
Lavandi Talent are seeking a dynamic Senior Category Marketing Manager for a UK-based beauty and personal care company. you will hold a critical leadership role in driving sales growth and elevating the retail experience. Your expertise and management experience will be instrumental in optimizing product placement, analysing category data, and orchestrating effective in-store visual merchandising strategies. If you possess a deep understanding of data-driven tactics and excel in leading teams within a dynamic retail landscape, this position offers an ideal opportunity for your career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Category & Trade Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned beauty categories, focusing on both consumer and trade marketing.
- Partner with Sales to create trade marketing plans that drive retail performance and enhance product visibility.
- Lead product launches, promotional activities, and in-store marketing initiatives.
Data Analytics & Consumer Insights:
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities.
- Monitor category performance metrics, including sales, market share, and ROI, and report actionable insights.
Brand & Campaign Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, social, and in-store.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and product collateral.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the marketing budget for assigned categories, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Track budget performance and make data-informed adjustments to meet business goals.
