Our client is a distinguished multidisciplinary consultancy firm with a strong legacy and an expansive portfolio, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team as they lead the successful delivery of large-scale new build, refurbishment, and technology projects ranging from £5M - £50M (JCT)

As a Senior Project Manager at you will be at the forefront of their mission to bring excellence to every project. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that your commitment to quality, timelines, and budgetary constraints is upheld, maintain and grow relationships with stakeholders and clients and ensure the projects are delivered within budget and agreed timeframes. You will be based at their Oxford office, reporting into their 4 associates and working within a team of 14.

The ideal candidate should hold a construction-related degree (RICS accreditation is desirable) and showcase previous experience in delivering projects from inception to completion within healthcare and education. Essential qualities include strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen understanding of the industry and market.
