About the Role

The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality plans
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing construction sites, preferably on industrial schemes
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Certifications in CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st aid
