You will see this firm firmly placed in the legal rankings across almost all practice areas, with an **impressive body of preeminent lawyers** who continue to take their respective practices to new heights.

**The role**
This high-quality Construction practice is looking to welcome an Associate who will deal mainly with non-contentious construction work, as well as supporting real estate colleagues with development matters and construction aspects of real estate transactions.
Therefore, you will be competent in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts including NEC4, JCT as well as international forms such as FIDIC and bespoke EPC contracts and familiar disputes including with regard to termination of contracts, insolvency, payment disputes, extension of time disputes and defects claims.
You may have developed certain sector specialisms and expertise which can be nurtured and developed with the backing of this diverse practice, providing a fertile career platform.
