We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site safety, quality assurance, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Safety and Quality Assurance: Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Manage and supervise sub-contractors to ensure they meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely decision-making.
  • Financial Management: Manage and control project budgets, costs, and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience as Construction Manager
  • Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or strong trade background
  • Proven experience as a construction manager or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
