This role will be integral to managing the cultural and organisational change aspects of a major 12-18 month programme, potentially related to ISO 27001 certification.

Contract Assignment Details

  • Location : London (Hybrid Working – 1-2 days per week)
  • Duration : Initial 6 Months Contract – c.18 month programme
  • Day Rate : Competitive via an FCSA-compliant umbrella company.

Role Overview

The Change Manager will be responsible for bringing about significant cultural and operational changes across the business as part of a broader technology/cybersecurity programme. The individual will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth adoption of changes, driving the change management strategy from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have experience in :

  • Managing large-scale change initiatives in a technology or cyber security context
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies
  • Facilitating cultural change and improving organisational alignment
  • Conducting high-level gap assessments and addressing change impacts
  • Working on programmes of a similar scale and complexity
