Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead change management initiatives for a pivotal IT project. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement effective change strategies that facilitate seamless adoption among stakeholders and employees. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in large-scale IT implementations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project leaders, HR, and various stakeholders.


ServiceNow Expertise:

Proficiency in ServiceNow is essential, as you will be leveraging this platform to manage and optimise change management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead change management efforts for a major IT project, drawing on over 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Identify change-related risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans.
  • Create and distribute compelling communication materials to engage stakeholders.
  • Implement communication initiatives aimed at maximising positive adoption and minimising resistance.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate changes on stakeholders.
  • Organise and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and enhance understanding.
  • Collaborate with HR and process leads to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with project management to align with project timelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to secure their support and active participation.
  • Lead teams effectively to foster collaboration and drive progress.
  • Maintain a proactive approach, efficiently managing priorities to meet deadlines.


Experience & Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, particularly for large-scale IT projects.
  • Proven ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing change management and communication strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information clearly.
  • Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading workshops and conducting change impact analyses.
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments.
