Security Officer

Securitas Security Services Ireland Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services to a specific site in Dublin 9, ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities:- Protect customers, staff, and property by providing security services in accordance with the site's Assignment Instructions (AIs)
- Complete all necessary training and familiarize yourself with the site's AIs and any subsequent changes
- Proactively refer to and review the published Assignment Instructions to suggest improvements and enhance the level of service
- Report any Health & Safety hazards or potential hazards on site and take appropriate action to reduce disruption, loss, or damage
- Use common sense and initiative to involve others in situations that may become threatening
- Complete accurate and detailed notebook entries after any incident, which can be used as part of the Incident Report process
- Maintain a professional image by wearing the uniform correctly, ensuring all items are clean and pressed, and maintaining excellent personal grooming and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, being flexible with working hours and having a good level of PC skills
- Good English essential
- Excellent written and attention to detail skills
- Good level of PC skills
- Previous experience desirable, but training will be provided
