As Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the global People function through a transformation of this organisations compensation and rewards frameworks, policies and procedures.

Lead the design and implementation of reward related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business strategy
Lead the design and project manage the delivery of the annual pay review and bonus processes that align to performance
Evaluate and review current compensation, reward and benefits
Discovery, due diligence and analysis of relevant market compensation data, summarising for HR leads, Group Heads and C-Suite
Support with remuneration regulatory rules mapping, by tracking and maintaining relevant rules gap analysis for the global business, prepare remuneration-related regulatory reports and filings.
Manage annual Gender Pay reporting and the creation of the narrative in support of this to ensure the organisation meets relevant regulatory reporting requirements
Support HR, recruitment and/or executive appointments with incentive planning, remuneration benchmarking and job gradings globally

This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the office (London) and 2 days at home.
