As a native / bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Executive , you will play a pivotal role in managing HNW customer inquiries from initial contact through to transaction completion, ensuring that products are delivered and stored securely.

Customer Support: Provide high-standard customer service via phone and email in both French and English
Process Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with internal procedures.
Quotations: Prepare and manage precise quotations in a dynamic trading environment, proactively following up to enhance sales and customer relations.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in London, Paris and Barcelona, including partnering with the sales team, to provide seamless support.
Shipping Coordination: Support customers with onboarding requirements and coordinate their shipping inquiries.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role ideally within an e-commerce or commodity/product environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in French(native ideally)with fluency in English - NON NEGOTIABLE
Highly competitive salary and performance-based bonus.
Hybrid working model available after successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
