Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of our Real Estate & Facilities Management category on a global scale? We are seeking a dynamic Global Category Lead to provide strategic direction to a diverse group of regional Category Managers, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving sustainable implementation. Lead the ongoing development, validation, and implementation of the Real Estate and Facilities Management category strategy, closely aligning it with business needs.
Collaborate with the Global Category Management and Procurement Business Partner organization to integrate business requirements into the strategy and provide expert external supply market knowledge.
Manage risk with third parties and ensure operational compliance across all Indirect Procurement activities, delivering targeted savings without compromising quality and timelines.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers at all levels.
Experience of working on global projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strategy development and implementation experience.
Data-savvy, with an ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
This is a hybrid role that can be based within a commutable distance of either our Jealott's Hill site (near Bracknell) or Manchester site.
