The Account Executive will be responsible for selling a suite of workforce management solutions, including biometric recognition systems, mobile workforce management, payroll automation, and digital skills and safety passports. These products form part of a purpose-built cloud-based solution for construction and infrastructure companies, designed to reduce risk, increase automation, and maintain compliance.
The Account Executive will meet with prospective customers in the construction and built environment sector, securing new annual recurring revenue contracts. They will target strategic enterprise and mid-market accounts across the UK, selling a wide-range of cloud-based workforce solutions using value and evidence-based sales methodologies.
As part of an expanding business unit, the Account Executive will play a key role in pioneering the use of technology and digital identification software for the construction and infrastructure sectors. They will be selling digital transformation solutions that drive profitability and productivity on major projects for some of the biggest names in construction and infrastructure maintenance.
Drive growth in the emerging space of digital workforce management, championing the use of innovative technology solutions that are shaping the way companies act, think and operate
Achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets by securing new business wins at enterprise and mid-market level
Work with the Customer Success, Marketing and Inside Sales teams to produce campaigns and events that generate and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
Qualify high-value sales opportunities and coordinate them to a successful close through the effective management of your own sales funnel
Develop and manage your own multi-year sales plan to maximise growth, success, and your personal earnings
Ensure that terms of business with new customers are compliant and designed to drive customer outcome and contract profitability from launch
Represent our brand as the leading provider of cloud and digital transformation tools that drive profitability and productivity for construction and maintenance companies
Highly experienced in a new business field sales or account executive role
• Background in selling software solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers
• Proven experience of dealing with multiple decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve wider business goals
• Knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce or another sales CRM
• Previous contacts and relationships in the correct sectors considered a bonus for this role
