Best of Tours Ltd is a leading receptive travel agency specializing in group travel to the UK. With our innovative technology and customer-first approach, we create unforgettable travel experiences. Our diverse portfolio includes brands like Teletravel and Boticonline, each offering unique online travel solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, demonstrating confidence in prospecting and closing new business, with strong organizational skills to effectively manage supplier reservations. A good understanding of the travel industry is a valuable asset. 

Actively prospect and secure new clients, with a focus on travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential partners from various markets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including cold calling, networking, and presenting tailored solutions.
to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.
Work closely with the other teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
Conduct site visits to enhance connections and perform quality control checks, ensuring that all services meet our standards.
Attend regular networking events and participate in familiarization trips to deepen understanding of destinations and suppliers and enhance promotional efforts.

Handle the end-to-end operations of group travel bookings, from initial inquiry through to the execution of itineraries such as 
Ensure accurate costing, quoting, and invoicing for all travel services, with attention to detail and efficiency.
Manage any issues that arise during trips, including client complaints or service disruptions, to maintain service excellence.

Destination Promotion:
Contribute to content creation in the form of videos and other media, using materials provided by the company to showcase destinations and services.
Participate in developing strategies that highlight key travel experiences.

Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in prospecting and closing deals within the travel industry.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Familiarity with travel geography and creating itineraries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. 
Proficient in client relationship management, with a polished telephone manner.
Job Type: Temporary Full-time (maternity cover with potential for permanent placement after the initial period). 
Location: Remote work, UK based with settled-status required
Starting Date: ASAP
Salary Range: GBP 25,000 - GBP 30,000 (depending on experience)
