Job Description:

As a Business Development and Sales Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and supporting our growth initiatives. You will work closely with our Head of Commercial and be involved in various aspects of business development, sales operations, and reporting. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In this role, you will gain experience in how to:

  • Manage Outbound Sales Activity: Execute and manage outbound sales activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Research and analyse target accounts, to uncover potential business opportunities and strategies for growth.
  • Experiment with Outbound Channels: Explore and test various outbound channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email) to determine the most effective methods for reaching prospects.
  • Draft and Test Messaging : Create and test different types of messaging to engage potential clients and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Send and Follow Up: Send outreach messages and manage the follow-up process to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • CRM Administration: Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce) with accurate opportunity data and manage the ongoing logging of sales information.
  • Support Demonstrations: Prepare demonstration materials and support the Head of Commercial in delivering product demonstrations, with the potential to host them independently in the future.
  • Reporting: Outline and report on weekly initiatives, key outcomes, challenges, and learnings to track progress and drive improvements.
