Job Title: Field Based Key Account Manager
Are you ready to drive growth and success in the Professional Haircare sector? Our client is seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join their team.
Job Mission: In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering existing partnerships and seizing new business opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to our client's growth and uphold their brand standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales within your territory, surpassing targets.
- Efficiently manage your schedule and communications using advanced tools.
- Utilise Salesforce to expand your sales territory.
- Proactively seek out new accounts through strategic prospecting and cold calling.
- Provide exceptional client support, including training and product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive success.
- Stay informed and share insights during monthly sales meetings.
- Uphold company policies and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Person Specification:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in building and expanding client accounts.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets.
- Relevant qualifications and/or a passion for hair and beauty.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change.
- A valid driving licence is a must.
Territory: The role covers the region from Reading to West London.
Package:
Basic salary: Up to £40,000
Bonus: Up to £20,000 per annum
Car allowance: £7,020
Plus:
- Life Insurance (2 x salary)

- 25 days holiday plus UK Bank Holidays
- Additional Celebration Day
