You will inherit clients and the temps book immediately, you will also be eligible for a % of the teams billings immediately
You will have considerable recruitment experience
It is likely that you have at least 2 years of management experience within a recruitment company unless you have sales leadership experience in another environment before joining an agency
You will have experience in temp and perm hiring
