About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Higher Success as a Branch Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant, where you will have the chance to take on a leadership role and manage a busy commercial desk.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for billing and budgetary control, as well as day-to-day line management and motivation of the team.

Our company is a well-established and reputable agency based in Epsom, with a strong presence in the UK market. We cover both temporary and permanent recruitment, and work with a range of clients, from small businesses to large international brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of recruitment consultants, including admin, resourcing, and 360 consultants
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial desk, including billing and budgetary control
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve team performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Recruit and select new team members, with a focus on attracting top talent
  • Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed

Requirements
  • Considerable recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success
  • At least 2 years of management experience within a recruitment company, or equivalent experience in a sales leadership role
  • Experience in temp and perm hiring, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process
