Restore Harrow Green is the UK’s leading commercial relocation company, renowned for our expertise in moving businesses, laboratories, and higher education institutions. We are excited to announce the opening of our new site in Wallingford, Oxford, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team.
The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting our new Oxford operation to achieve its budgeted sales revenues. This position involves securing new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, preferably with a background in commercial or laboratory relocations, and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities.
Client Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys for clients, producing detailed proposals and cost estimates
Account Management: Manage the relocation requirements of existing accounts, working to increase their engagement and expenditure with our business
Relationship Building: Generate cross-group selling opportunities for the wider Restore Plc group
Ideally around 5 years of experience in a consultative sales role, ideally within the commercial relocation, life sciences, or higher education sectors
Experience in surveying technical work, construction, or relocations is beneficial
Energetic, passionate, and highly motivated with a deep understanding of the sales process
Commercial relocation estimating skills are a plus
