We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive to join our team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO strategy to enhance organic search rankings, boost website traffic, and drive conversions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive website audits to identify areas for improvement.

Job Duties
• Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
• Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to optimize website content and structure for search engines and user experience.
• Monitor and analyse website traffic, search rankings, and user behaviour using various analytics tools to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously improve website performance, with a focus on Core Web Vitals and other key performance indicators.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategies are effective and up to date.
• Manage the relationship with our external SEO agency, review their recommendations, and implement appropriate actions to achieve desired results.
• Report regularly to the SEO and Website Lead, providing updates on key metrics, progress, and the effectiveness of our SEO strategies.

Experience and Knowledge
• 4+ years of work experience as an SEO Executive/ Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
• Hands-on experience conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits using industry tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with various SEO techniques, such as on-page optimization, off-page optimization, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Experience in monitoring and analysing website traffic, search rankings, and user behaviour to identify issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and their impact on user experience and website rankings.
• Experience managing relationships with external SEO agencies and implementing their recommendations to achieve desired results.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for SEO improvements.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimise website elements for better conversion rates.

Software Experience and Knowledge
• Proficiency in using SEO software and tools, such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Majestic, or similar platforms, for conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
• Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools, to track and analyse website performance, organic traffic, search rankings, and user behaviour.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Google Data/Looker Studio, to create visual reports and dashboards for presenting SEO metrics and insights.
• Proficient in using crawl and site auditing tools, such as Screaming Frog to identify technical SEO issues, broken links, duplicate content, and other website optimization opportunities.
• Experience with backlink analysis tools, such as Majestic, Ahrefs, or Moz, to evaluate the quality and relevance of backlinks, identify link building opportunities, and monitor backlink profiles.
• Knowledge of rank tracking tools, like SEMrush, Moz, or SERPRobot, to monitor keyword rankings and track the performance of SEO campaigns.
• Experience with website speed testing and optimization tools, like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Pingdom, to assess and improve website loading times and Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and their SEO capabilities
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript beneficial
