We're exclusively working with a leading consultancy that has been around for 13 years This role is first in house for their CRO and UX function with great opportunity to grow and develop a team in the near future.
You'll be joining a brand new and developing area of the business with the opportunity to build out the optimisation function further.
You'll be working with experts in the digital and marketing space, with an opportunity to build out a CRO team and function working cross-functionally with designers and developers.
Previous experience in a CRO/Optimisation position is necessary, with a testing tool such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
Hands-on experience using a Web Analytics tool such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
Proven experience successfully managing an A/B testing program.
