We’re proud to be representing a leading ICP in their search for a: Business Development Manager – Multi Utilities (South)📍 Remote (with travel across the South) 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent About the Role We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in multi-utility infrastructure and strong relationships within the residential development and housebuilding sector . This role is pivotal in driving growth by securing new projects and building long-term partnerships with developers. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities with residential developers and housebuilders across the South. Promote multi-utility solutions (electricity, gas, water) and ICP services to key decision-makers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business. Lead negotiations and close deals , ensuring commercial terms align with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic growth plans. Represent the company at industry events , networking to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in business development within utilities, infrastructure, or construction. Essential: Experience in ICP sales and working directly with residential developers and housebuilders . Strong understanding of multi-utility connections and regulatory compliance. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and deal-closing skills . Commercial acumen with the ability to develop tailored solutions for clients.
