About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
with a proven track record in
multi-utility infrastructure
and strong relationships within the
residential development and housebuilding sector
. This role is pivotal in driving growth by securing new projects and building long-term partnerships with developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
    with residential developers and housebuilders across the South.
  • Promote multi-utility solutions
    (electricity, gas, water) and ICP services to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships
    with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
    , ensuring commercial terms align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams
    (design, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
    to inform strategic growth plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events
    , networking to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in business development
    within utilities, infrastructure, or construction.
  • Essential:
    Experience in ICP sales and working directly with
    residential developers and housebuilders
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    multi-utility connections
    and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent
    relationship-building, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
    .
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to
    develop tailored solutions
    for clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with regional travel.
