We design all of our styles in our London studios and make them in Europe with family-owned partner factories. Started in January 2020, we have dedicated operations and Fulfilment Centres in the USA, UK and Europe supporting over 500,000 customers.
We are passionate about building authentic relationships with our community, creators and influencers play a key role in our mission. We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our creator, influencer and brand partnership strategy at scale.
The Saint and Sofia team has varied previous experience at leading luxury brands. In March 2023, we were awarded the Investors in People Gold Award for creating an outstanding working environment for our team. In June 2023, we were also nominated for the Employer of The Year Award. Saint and Sofia styles have been featured in Vanity Fair, Vogue, Stylist, Harpers Bazaar, The Times and others. Digitally native, our first store opened in Covent Garden in London in November 2024.
The Role
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising our affiliate marketing programme to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost brand visibility. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and other members of the marketing and ecommerce teams to identify strategic opportunities, onboard new affiliates, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Your role will focus on maximising affiliate partnerships to deliver measurable growth, while ensuring a high level of engagement and collaboration with our network of affiliates. A key part of the role will be analysing performance metrics to ensure the programme’s effectiveness, as well as contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Programme Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, targets, and KPIs.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programme.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners (publishers, bloggers, influencers, content creators, etc.).
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate commission structures, promotional terms, and other partnership agreements.
- Set clear goals and targets for affiliate partners, ensuring all parties are aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Optimisation & Reporting
- Monitor affiliate performance through analytics tools, tracking key metrics (e.g., clicks, conversion rates, sales, ROI).
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and adjust strategies for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on affiliate programme performance, including analysis of trends and opportunities for growth.
- Use data to provide actionable insights and optimise campaigns, offering recommendations for affiliate creatives, content, and promotional strategies.
Affiliate Relationship Management
- Build strong, lasting relationships with top-performing affiliates to encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Provide affiliates with the tools, resources, and support needed to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with affiliates to create engaging content and promotional initiatives that resonate with their audiences.
- Ensure clear, proactive communication between affiliates and the internal marketing team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships, marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to ensure seamless tracking and attribution for affiliate sales.
- Align with the social media and influencer teams to identify affiliate partnership opportunities with influencers and brand advocates.
Market and Industry Research
- Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the fashion industry.
- Continuously monitor competitors' affiliate programs and identify new opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Awin, etc.) and performance tracking tools.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Excel, etc.) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple affiliate partners.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate affiliates to achieve programme goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for campaign optimisation.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and the digital landscape within the fashion industry is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or fashion brand environment.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and the integration of affiliate programs with influencer campaigns.
