Location: Remote Working
Responsibilities
- Connect with the UKLASH customers across our platforms (email, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) and provide best-in-class customer experience;
- Manage customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
- Connect with our warehouses on a daily basis to resolve logistic-related queries;
- Become an expert on UKLASH products and be able to help convert leads into customers;
- Support the customer service lead in providing insights and sharing customer feedback with the wider UKLASH team.
Required skills and experience
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in customer service in the cosmetic industry
- E-commerce / online business experience is a must
- Experience in Shopify and CRM tools like Zendesk, Gorgias
- A quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented & organised with impeccable written & verbal communication skills (English)
- A strong problem solver and critical thinker who can work independently and handle several tasks at the same time
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. We’re a small, devoted team, there is no task that is too small
