Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our Welcome team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the hotel in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with the management team to ensure strong morale amongst the team and achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
  • Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling front office departmental operations.
  • Deliver a memorable experience to guests, working with all departments throughout the hotel to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
  • Use up-selling techniques and promote hotel facilities.
Requirements:
  • 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
  • Ability to provide clear and pleasant telephone and face-to-face communication in English with proper grammar.
  • Ability to convey a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills.
  • Ability to focus and multitask, to use time efficiently; prioritise and organise work.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to interact and engage with all guests in a pleasant manner.
