Customer-facing role across therapy areas and geographic regions (
~Support product evaluations to boost sales.
~ Share best practices through hospital and territory networks.
~ Provide clinical support, including product training and evaluation.
~ Coordinate with leadership and territory managers on sales and education strategies.
~ Offer live feedback to marketing and sales on customer challenges and opportunities.
~ Share market feedback on accounts, customer development, KOLs, competitors, and product launches in quarterly meetings.
~ Continuously enhance clinical and educational expertise for in-field support.
