Fujifilm Healthcare UK is looking for a Clinical Sales Manager to support the ultrasound business in growing reach and footprint for the ultrasound portfolio. This role will require the Clinical Sales Manager to provide sales and applications activity in the areas of Urology and Surgery as well as sales activity in other ologies for the Ultrasound portfolio.
This position will require extensive travel throughout the United Kingdom
Key responsibilities:
The overarching responsibilities for the role will include;
- Ensure that successful sales and demonstrations are carried out for our Urology and Surgery portfolio
- Hold and/or attend regular workshops and CPD sessions with customers to keep customers updated on new products and technical literature folders.
- Monitor sales performance – monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Carry out pre-tender research with customers and assist with tender and bid process.
- Attend trade shows at the request of the Diagnostic Imaging Sales Manager
- Support existing customers queries both technically and commercially
- React to customer complaints promptly and, where possible, resolve their issues, escalating when required
- Provide national mentorship for the Account Management Team and Clinical Applications Team
- Lead on software and product positioning and demo process refinement for Prostate Biopsy & Fusion
- Deliver workshop leadership and overall business development for MRI Prostate Fusion software in the UK
- Work with Deputy Business Unit Manager to develop the Urology business for prostate Biopsy Surgery and PCNL
- Support National Projects and KOL development, supporting other territories in their MRI Prostate Fusion Projects
- Be a Subject Matter Expert to work narrowly and deeply within MRI Fusion
Key Competencies:
- Exceptional knowledge of the UK Ultrasound market place. To include customer drivers and competitive offerings
- Extensive Urology LA/GA experience for Freehand and Template projects
- Good product knowledge. Ability to build oversee development of deals and represent those simply and effectively within customer proposals. Ability to convert those proposals in to configuration and pricing models
- Exceptional knowledge of the UK Ultrasound market place. To include customer drivers and competitive offerings
- Managing time, planning, being effective, efficient, productive and reliable. Organised and structured approach to work
- Use effective and targeted communication. Able to communicate at a senior level
- Ability to understand a customer’s needs, propose the right solution and analyse competition and customer drivers to close profitable deals
