Join our client, a leading Utilities company based in Warwick, as their Performance Improvement Officer. If you're a motivated and creative problem solver with a passion for driving change, improving processes, and leveraging your expertise in asset management and Capex, this is the role for you This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 6 months, offering the flexibility of hybrid working.
As the Performance Improvement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall performance and improvement of our client's end-to-end processes. You will lead performance improvement projects that directly address key issues in Asset Operations, capital expenditure (Capex), and process optimisation, using your expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to drive impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop performance measures for Asset Operations and Capex initiatives.
- Take the lead on performance improvement projects and facilitate improvement workshops.
- Develop standardised materials to support improvement activities related to assets and capital investment.
- Maintain the communications plan on behalf of Operational Performance.
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of our client's wider business operations, especially in asset management and Capex.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify, test, and implement appropriate solutions.
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in facilitative leadership and creative problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Performance Excellence methodologies and experience working in asset management and Capex.
