We are offering a superb opportunity for a Performance Insight Lead to advance our performance framework and reporting agenda across our Asset Operations business, together with the flexibility and freedom to handle your own workload. This role has a really wide scope which will bring a large amount of variation in terms of interrogating datasets, processes and using different tools and techniques in order to build quality and insightful outputs.

You’ll be part of a fantastic team and play a pivotal role in transforming our business through data-driven insights. As a key contributor, you will bring data to life, driving performance by enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of self-serve reporting and insight-focused strategies.

Using PowerBI to present your findings which everyone can understand, you’ll influence stakeholders with proposal strategies for improvements, develop and implement crucial metrics and KPIs that align with our desired outcomes and performance goals. Collaborating closely with teams across Asset Operations, you will ensure performance visibility and management, maintaining a consistent performance rhythm with the right level of information to drive continuous improvement. **What are the requirements?**:

- Expert data management and manipulation skills.
- PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent to an expert standard.
- Understanding of E2E process journeys.
- Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Can challenge self and use initiative to resolve problems.
- Stakeholder Engagement.

**Desirable**
- Python, GIT, SQL, databases.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- A competitive salary of £44,100 to £55,000 pa + Benefits package + Training and Development.
- 26 days leave plus 8 statutory days.
