What our new System Support Specialist will do...
 
Assist the Head of IT through delivery of the IMS management programme to maintain ISO 27001 accreditation in Information Systems.
Assist in the identification and development of improvements to the business through the IMS, providing support to the ProZero team to maintain excellent safety, health, environmental, and quality standards across the business and on our client’s projects as required.
Assist in the management of the external audit function with our accreditation auditors.
Plan and implement the IMS management programme, internal audit schedule, BCMS exercise programme, annual risk management reviews, document and record control, and performance and incident monitoring.
Assist with conducting internal audits to ensure timely and accurate performance levels are maintained, non-conformances are addressed, and opportunities for improvement identified and implemented in support of our ISO accreditations.
Conduct regular management reviews of the IMS to ensure the management of change and development, measurement and monitoring of incidents and key performance indicators (KPI’s), feedback from interested parties, risk, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Provide support in relation to document management, control, and improvement requests within the IMS.
Administer sub-contractor vetting, support post-project evaluation, and maintain their insurance credentials.
 
 
Substantial experience using MS Office particularly Excel
Excellent planning and organising skills.
Training qualification in Internal Auditing of an ISO Standard.
