Gecko TravelRecruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with thiswonderful Educational Travel Company who are looking for an OperationsAdministrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Operations Administrator, you will be responsible forensuring precise and consistent standards of administration, primarilyfor the Operations Team. The primary focus of this role is to provideoutstanding customer service, both internally by supporting the team,and externally to suppliers and clients.

This isa fully office based role working from their modern offices in Surrey.

The role:

  • Preparingtour documentation and supporting literature with precision and highquality
  • Handling payment acknowledgements, invoices and finaltravel documents
  • Liaising with suppliers to source andconfirm key tour elements
  • Source and oversee rates andoptions from accommodation suppliers
  • General administrationtasks across all areas to support any ad hoc business needs

You will have:

  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills and accurate written and spoken English
  • Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meetdeadlines
  • Full understanding of delivering exceptionalcustomer service
  • Travel industry experience (advantageous)

Additional information/benefits:

  • Salary £22-25,000 per annum (depending onexperience)
  • Monday to Friday role
  • Office based in Surrey
  • Generousannual leave entitlement
